1992
In the first 8 months of her Real Estate Career Magdalena became one of the top producers for the Coldwell Banker Sugarhouse office. That year she was only $200,000 shy of selling $3,000,000 in volume and obtaining the prestigious Superior Achievement Award (Previously known as the Million Dollar Club). After the completion of 96 hours of intensive education and successfully passing 6 different exams, Magdalena was awarded GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.
 
1993
In order to grow further and keep on improving her Service as a Realtor, Magdalena decided to “rub shoulders” with the best and Midvale Re/max Associates office certainly allowed her to do that. Since she was the youngest and the least experienced as an agent in that office, she had to work twice as hard just to keep up with the production level of her colleagues. This was truly an excellent training for her. During those 9 months, Magdalena focused on providing the highest level of quality servicing her clients. She quickly recognized that the ethics must always proceed the law. From that point on, the integrity became the most crucial factor for her in building a strong foundation in the Real Estate business practice. It became obvious to her that what big Brokerages were teaching was wrong. From their perspective selling houses resembled a factory line full of “mass producing” agents who are only concerned with “pocketing” as many commission checks as they could. For the first time, she fully understood that those Big Brokerages were heading in the wrong direction, away from what should be the main goal, a quality of service.
 
1994
Magdalena was named number 4 producer for the year 1994 and number 2 top listing agent for the year 1995. She made Realty Executives Million Dollar Club for both 1994 and 1995. In the beginning of 1996 she obtained the prestigious CRS designation (Certified Real Estate Specialist) which requires a minimum of 50 closed transactions totaling at least $ 6,000,000 in volume.
 
1996
Magdalena successfully passed the Broker exam and in April of that year she opened Real Estate Brokerage in Salt Lake City. In September of 1996, Magdalena was awarded REBAC designation (Accredited Buyer Representative), which at that time was held by only 3,500 Realtors in North America.
 
1996-2006
In the last decade Magdalena has successfully trained and managed 16 Real Estate agents many of whom became very successful and highly respected in the Real Estate industry. Some of Magdalena's agents went onto becoming millionaires. She is very proud of everyone who has ever worked for her because she knows that every single penny her agents have made selling real estate was earned with the utmost of integrity.
